Soya is being planted in Asian cities for thousand years and today, it count as one of the most important food products in all around the world. This plant can be used in different ways depend on your needs such as: seeds, oil, vegetables and even fuel. Soya is one of the few and rare plants that has all of the amino acids in its protein and that’s why it is being called as ‘complete protein’
Nutritional value of soya is equal with dairy and eggs. There are some important products that are made from soya such as: food supplements (for athletes), mixed plant proteins, animals forage, non-glutamic flour, Nato and Tampe (kinds of food), Tofo (soybean paste), soybean milk, soybean cheese and curd and a lot of other products. Although soya discovered in Asia for the first time, but now 7 top soya producing countries out of 10 are in America continent. Due to researches soybean products are helpful in decreasing the risk of some disease like heart disease and some cancers. Of course there are some people having allergic reactions to this high protein plant.
